Here in Springfield, Missouri, it seems like we have HOT summers and then only a few weeks later winter shows up on our doorsteps.

The past few days we have had record amounts of rain because of the remnants of Hurricane Gustov. My home rain gage is topped off at 5in! On the back side of that storm is a amazing cool front. This morning it was 54 degrees when I woke up and today’s high is only 71. Needless to say, I am looking forward to fall!
